Rich Winter Program in Lonato Offers Mind, Culture, and Wellness Events

The rich winter program presented by the ‘I Ricostruttori’ association of Lonato offers a variety of events.

The cycle begins tomorrow at 9:00 PM with a presentation at the headquarters located at via Lugasca 34 in the San Cipriano district, in the countryside towards Desenzano, of ‘Positive Thinking: How to Rediscover the Creative Power of the Mind, Turn Obstacles into Opportunities, and Choose to Live Fully Every Day’.

Introduced by Gabriella Cadei Morotti, the course will unfold over four sessions, every Thursday starting February 1.

Mind Exploration and Creative Courses

Concerning ‘Exploration of the Mind’s Spaces’, Dr. Silvia Braghini will conduct two sessions:

On February 2, ‘Inner Connection: Anxiety, Stress, and Negative Emotions as Causes of Illness’, and on February 9, ‘Healing Visualization to Evoke Inner Images’. Both sessions will be held at 9:00 PM in the Ponti sul Mincio library.

On February 4, at the via Lugasca farmhouse, a course on wood sculpture and bas-relief led by Stephen Savioli will commence. Two additional lessons will take place on February 11 and 18. The schedule? From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Celtic Themes and Irish Culture

On February 9, the Celts will be featured, with a session on druidism introduced by Claudio Mastrazzi.

On February 16, the focus will be on nature and dreams within the worldview of this people.

To close the cycle, on March 2, Guidalberto Bormolini will speak about the Fianna, Irish fairy tales. Additionally, Bormolini will present at the Palazzo del Turismo in Desenzano his latest essay titled ‘Vegetarians in Spiritual Traditions’ on February 10.

Vegetarian Nutrition Tips and Other Events

Continuing in Desenzano, Claudia Ballabeni will address ‘Vegetarian Nutrition and Wellness’ through three practical gatherings focused on preparing and tasting first courses, main dishes, and desserts:

On February 18, March 18, and April 8: meal preparation at 3:00 PM; dinner at 6:30 PM.
