Fundazione Cassa di Risparmio Lombarda Grants €300M for Anffas Guidizzolo Expansion

An official notice from the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde has been received by Anffas di Mantova, signed by President Giuseppe Guzzetti and Commissioner Lorenzo Gaidella, announcing that the Commissione Centrale di Beneficenza has decided to grant the association a contribution of 300 million euros for the construction of a new wing of the Centro Socio Educativo Anffas in Guidizzolo for disabled individuals.

With the expansion of the facility, also supported by the contribution from Comune di Guidizzolo, users of the CSE will have access to a multi-purpose room, a physiotherapy area, and a larger dining hall.

Decision and rationale

The Foundation’s decision was made following a comparative evaluation of all funding requests submitted within the framework of the program “Improving the quality of life of chronic patients.”
