The company structures its healthcare services for a potential catchment population of over 310,000 residents, roughly one-third of the Province of Brescia.

Recently, thanks to the wide range of departments and services offered, the company also serves many users from neighboring provinces, such as Mantova and Verona.

Emergency Services and New Facilities

Recently, in addition to the Emergency Departments located in Desenzano, Gavardo, and Manerbio, a mobile emergency point has been activated in Gargnano, along with a First Aid station at the Salò hospital. The latter, initially seasonal, has now become an annual facility.

From an economic perspective, the Region’s Evaluation Unit expressed a positive opinion “for the qualification of assistance and the rationalization of organization.” Finally, within a few months, a new administrative headquarters will be established in the building formerly occupied by the hospitality vocational institute.
