S. Felice Cultural Routes: Archaeology Talks Run March 2-23
“S. Felice Through the Ages: Cultural Routes of Historical-Archaeological Significance.” This is the theme of the four meetings organized by the Comune di S. Felice and, in particular, by Massimo Moretti, the councilor.
Location: the council chamber of the former Monte di Pietà, in the square. Time: 8:30 PM. Free admission.
On Friday, March 2nd, Gabriele Bocchio, a local scholar, will discuss Prehistory in Valtenesi. The following week, Brunella Portulano (archaeologist) will speak about the Roman Era.
On Friday, March 16th, Gian Pietro Brogiolo, professor at the University of Padua, will focus on the origins and development of S. Felice and Portese from the Middle Ages to the 18th century.
Closing of the meetings
On March 23rd, with S. Fermo and Lake Garda, the setting of the disappearance of the countess, Pier Luigi Mazzoldi will conclude the series.
Attendees who are teachers will receive a certificate of attendance, valid under the Regional Collective Agreement.
