Rigonissima Cycling Event Celebrates Successful Non-Competitive Race in Mazzano

Rigonissima, an annual non-competitive cycling event featuring various routes, took place on October 25th in Mazzano, starting and ending at Bar Belelò. The event included the main Rigonissima, along with Rigonissima Granturismo, Revolution, and Storica, attracting amateur cyclists and local teams, with GPS-tracked routes and timed segments determining daily rankings.

Participants rode primarily on white roads, dirt tracks, and secondary asphalt roads, with distances of approximately 130-140 km for Revolution, 90 km for Granturismo, and 40 km for Storica. The route included a refreshment stop at San Martino after 45 km, with the second segment of about 45 km on gentle slopes, and an estimated completion time of 3-4 hours for the Granturismo, which featured cyclist Daniel Zanelli among the participants.
