Du Parc Campground Earns ISO 14001 Certification on Lake Garda

Prestigious achievement for the Du Parc campground owned by Giovanni Bernini. The outdoor accommodation facility, located 500 meters from the center of Lazise, is the first along the entire Riviera degli Olivi to receive the Iso 14001 environmental certification. This quality mark was awarded following a series of on-site inspections carried out by the Northern European organization Dnv.

In essence, the campground underwent a thorough evaluation by an inspection committee that examined a wide range of variables, including energy savings, prudent water resource management, waste segregation, and sewer monitoring.

This process has been initiated by at least 40 other campgrounds along the shores of Lake Garda, following the model of the Cavallino sign in Venice, which is a pioneer in environmental protection.
