New Book Explores Chestnut Cultivation in San Zeno and Baldo

His new book, titled “Marroni di San Zeno and Chestnut Growers of the Baldo”, is dedicated to the tradition of chestnut cultivation in the Baldo area. It will be presented to the public tomorrow at 6:30 PM, at the historic Ca’ Montagna building, during an event organized by the Municipality and the San Zeno di Montagna Municipal Library.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Compagnia de la Castagna of Paladini di Ca’ Montagna and the Rotary Club Verona Monte Baldo. It also has the sponsorship of the Associazione Nazionale Città del Castagno.

The volume was developed as part of a project co-funded by the European Community within the framework of the Leader II community initiative program, through the Feoga.
