Beware of Garda Area Scammers Impersonating Police for Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hotel owners, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the middle and upper Garda areas, offering subscriptions to Army magazines.

They are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, the police, the fire brigade, or the local police.
