Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri Offering Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shop owners, artisans, and restaurateurs in the Medio and Alto Garda areas, offering magazine subscriptions from the force.

These are not law enforcement officers, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, the police, the fire brigade, or the municipal police.
