Garda Region Scammers Pose as Police, Offer Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They pretend to be Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shop owners, artisans, and restaurateurs in the Middle and Upper Garda regions, offering magazine subscriptions from the army.

They are not soldiers, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, the police, firefighters, or municipal police force.
