Scammers Impersonate Police to Sell Fake Magazines in Garda Regions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hotel owners, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurants in the Medio and Alto Garda regions, offering subscriptions to the force‘s magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, the police, the fire brigade, or the Municipal police.
