The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and foster environmental education.

The Main Building extends over multiple floors: on the ground floor are areas for practical exercises and assistance points, while the upper floor houses classrooms and administrative offices. External areas include small harbors and spaces for displaying nautical equipment.
The outdoor areas of the center are accessible via pedestrian and cycling paths, encouraging interaction with the sea and walking activities.
