Salerno Nautical Center: Training, Sailing and Marine Education

The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s facilities accommodate the many students engaged in water activities, sailing, and swimming. The structure includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. The center also hosts cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation.

The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to support environmental education.
