Salerno Nautical Center: Marine Education, Sailing and Water Activities

The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters welcome many students involved in water activities, sailing, and swimming. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas dedicated to learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote marine culture among young people and to support environmental education.
