Heaven Nightclub in Lonato Closes Over Underage Drinking and Health Violations

Brescia police and safety authorities closed the “Heaven” nightclub in Lonato for 20 days following targeted inspections that revealed alcohol service to minors and fire safety violations. During the checks, eight minors, including a 16-year-old, were found being served alcohol illegally, and a 15-year-old was hospitalized in semi-consciousness with a blood alcohol level of 2.0 g/L.

Additional violations included blocked emergency exits, outdated safety documentation, expired fire extinguishers, and untrained staff. The club’s operator and bartender face charges for serving minors, and health authorities suspended food service due to hygiene issues. The Questore of Brescia ordered the immediate closure based on public safety regulations.
