Apm Auctions Brione Bar Rights to Riva del Garda in Public Sale

Apm has announced a public auction for the lease of its food and beverage operation at the Brione location, including facilities, equipment, and adjacent sports and entertainment areas. The lease will run from the final agreement until December 31, 2027, with a starting annual bid of €8,500 plus VAT.

Interested parties must attend an obligatory site inspection with Apm staff before submitting their bids. Offers, which must be submitted in sealed envelopes with required documentation, can be delivered in person or by registered mail to Apm-Altogarda Parcheggi e Mobilità Srl in Riva del Garda by 12:00 on March 4. The contract will be awarded through a public auction based on the highest bid.
