Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Maritime Culture and Water Training

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located along the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its headquarters hosts many students who participate in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and events

Students take part in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and support environmental education.
