Salerno Centronautico Promotes Marine Education and Youth Sailing

The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its premises host many students attending activities such as swimming, sailing, and water sports. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote marine culture among youth and to support environmental education.
