Salerno Centronautico: Water Sports, Marine Culture & Education Center

The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located along the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its premises host many students who attend activities related to swimming, sailing, and water sports.

The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Practical and Cultural Activities

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas.

Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Centronautico collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to encourage environmental education.
