Salerno Centronautico: Marine Education and Water Activities since 1955
The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.
Its headquarters hosts many students participating in swimming, sailing, and water activities.
The facility includes a large indoor pool and extensive areas for learning and training.
Practical and Cultural Activities
Students take part in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas.
Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.
The Centronautico collaborates with numerous sporting and nautical institutions to promote marine culture among young people and to support environmental education.
