On June 9, 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.
