Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 9th, 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, is mainly aimed at improving the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European Union funds.

Planned Activities and Specific Goals

Planned activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
