Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last for two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Planned Activities and Specific Goals

The planned activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transport services will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
