Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various voluntary organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total funds allocated for the implementation of the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training, and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
