On early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The project, scheduled to last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative’s implementation is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the priority groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
