Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various voluntary organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and EU funds.
Planned Activities and Specific Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.

The project aims to promote the importance of social integration and improve the quality of life for the people involved, also creating opportunities for meeting and solidarity among citizens.
The Role of Institutions and Associations
The municipal administration has committed itself to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance services and coordination among the various involved components.
