On beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total allocated amount for the initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.
