Cornuda’s 1996 Social Inclusion Project: Goals, Partners, and Funding

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Goals and Funding

The project, which will span two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and EU grants.
