Cornuda Social Support Project: Local Partnership for Vulnerable Groups
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On early June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the initiative, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community sources.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, and training and socialization courses for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transport services will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers established.
