Regional Project Launch in Cornuda for Social Inclusion and Community Support
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project in favor of the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives from local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need. Social transport, community centers, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
