Community Collaboration Aims to Support Vulnerable Groups in Cornuda
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most disadvantaged social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

Activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need. Additionally, social transportation services and institutions, listening centers, and meeting points will be expanded.
