Cornuda 1996 Social Support Project Boosts Community Inclusion
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer associations.

The project, which will last two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker categories. Additionally, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be expanded.
