Cornuda Social Support Project Launched with EU Funds in 1996

Start of the agreement and participants

On the day beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the socially vulnerable.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteering organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.
