Cornuda Social Project Launches to Support Vulnerable Citizens
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of entry in June 1996, an agreement was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the socially most vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, with a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and European funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the more vulnerable categories.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
