Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding and Community Involvement
Start of the agreement and participants
On the day of June 1996 entries, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various voluntary organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European funds.
Activities and planned objectives
The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.

The project aims to promote inclusive social initiatives and improve the quality of life for the people involved, also creating moments of encounter and solidarity among citizens.
The role of institutions and associations
The Municipal Administration has committed to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance services and coordination among the various involved components.
Voluntary organizations will play a central role in the’ organization and management of activities, guaranteeing active participation from the local community.
