Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding for Vulnerable Groups
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 admissions, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Several representatives from local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives from the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which lasts two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Transport services, social transportation, and gathering and listening centers will also be enhanced.
