Start of the Agreement and Participants

On June 1996 arrivals, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which lasts two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European Union resources.

Activities and Planned Objectives

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
