Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 entries, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for a project supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighbourhood Associations, and various voluntary organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, aims primarily to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.
Activities and Planned Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will also be enhanced.
