Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held in the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project supporting the socially most vulnerable people.
Some representatives from local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighbourhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union resources.
Planned Activities and Goals
The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Transport services, social services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
