Start of the agreement and participants

On the day of the June 1996 entries, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project in favor of the socially vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total sum allocated for the implementation of the ^’ initiative amounts to around one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and European funds.

Activities and planned objectives

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
