Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day June 1996 admission, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Quartier Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which lasts two years, aims especially to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training, and socialization courses for the categories most in need.

Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be strengthened.
