Start of the agreement and participants

On the day of June 1996, an agreement was held at the lounge of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable people socially.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and funding

The project, which lasts two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total sum allocated for the implementation of the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.

Activities and expected objectives

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.

Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will also be enhanced.
