Mantua’s Ducal Palace Opens Exhibition True Fairy Tales

Mantova’s Palazzo Ducale will add extra guided tour departures on Sunday, 5 July 2026, coinciding with the first Sunday of the month with free entry. Tours will run at 10:10, 11:10, 15:10 and 16:10, with online booking available at a cost of €9 per person.

Throughout July, guided visits will continue on Saturdays and Sundays with fixed departure times at 10:10, 11:10 and 15:10, also priced at €9 and bookable via the web. The museum will also open the exhibition “Le fiabe sono vere… Storia popolare italiana” on 15 July 2026 in the Corte Nuova spaces, and HallArt will run from 3 July to 1 October 2026, featuring photographic reproductions of 19 paintings from the hospital’s collection.

In addition, the initiative “L’arte di prendersi cura di sé” will continue every Tuesday at 16:00 in partnership with ASST Mantova, offering free museum entry to visitors over 65.
