Carbonara Festival 2026 Brings Roman Cuisine to Desenzano’s Piazza della Concordia

Desenzano del Garda will host the **Carbonara Festival** from **Thursday, July 30 to Sunday, August 2, 2026**, in **Piazza della Concordia**, with **free entry** for visitors.

For four days, the city center will feature food stalls and chefs from **Rome**, with **carbonara** as the main focus alongside other Roman specialties such as **amatriciana, cacio e pepe, supplì, pinsa, and maritozzo**. The program also includes **live music and entertainment** each day, with opening hours set for **Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to midnight**, and **Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to midnight**.

The event is organized by **Boom Eventi**, a Bologna-based company active in the **food & beverage** sector for over ten years, known for combining gourmet street food with street performances and live music.
