Wine Festival 2026 in San Martino della Battaglia: Six Nights of Music, Taste and Tradition

The 49th edition of the San Martino della Battaglia Wine Festival returns from August 11 to 16, 2026, at the Desenzano del Garda Sports Center, with an extended format introduced last year that adds an extra day focused on socializing and promoting local Garda wines.

The event will feature tastings of Lugana, Rosato, Rosso, Brut and San Martino d/B, offered by 10 wineries from the area, including La Rifra, Pilandro, Tenuta Tosi, Milan Bordignon, Pasetto, Danima, Castioni, F.lli Fraccaroli, Sgreva and Citari, alongside new selections. The program also includes a broader focus on younger audiences, with a beer stand added to the wineries and daily live music starting at 8:00 pm—Alterego (Aug. 11), a tribute to 883 by Circo Max (Aug. 12), Mauro Levrini’s orchestra (Aug. 13), Rockify (Aug. 14), and Latin night by Ndry DJ and Esmil Diaz Conguito (Aug. 15), followed by a finale disco with Radio Studio Più on Aug. 16.

Food is served every evening from 7:00 pm with local specialties, and the beer stand remains open late. The festival also offers free parking and the option to dine indoors in case of bad weather, plus afternoon events including a briscola competition on Aug. 13, a Trisacco tournament on Aug. 15, and a family bike ride on Sunday morning.
