Women in Soul Takes the Stage in Salò for Suoni e Sapori del Garda

On Thursday, July 30 at 9:15 pm, Piazza Vittoria in Salò will host “Women in Soul,” the 14th event of the Suoni e Sapori del Garda festival. The concert is free and features Elena Giardina with the Infonote Pop Ensemble.

The project pays tribute to female voices from the soul, pop and rhythm & blues scene over the past two decades, drawing inspiration from artists including Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones, Duffy, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Joss Stone and Adele. The ensemble includes Alessandro Zezza on keyboards, Marcello Salcuni on guitar, Carmelo Isgro on bass, Rino Di Pace on drums, and Serafino Tedesi on violin.

The event is part of the 2026 edition of Suoni e Sapori del Garda, which brings concerts to multiple towns around Lake Garda. For Salò, the program centers on a pop-soul lineup built around Giardina’s voice and a set of well-known songs.
