Halfbike World Gathering 2027 Heads to Trentino’s Lake Garda

The **Halfbike World Gathering 2027** will take place from **7 to 9 May 2027** in **Arco, Riva del Garda and Torbole**, bringing together enthusiasts of the “halfbike,” a three-wheeled bicycle ridden while staying upright. The event’s location in **Trentino** was confirmed after a national gathering earlier this year and an international community meeting in **Berlin**.

The three days will be dedicated to outdoor activities and exploring the local landscape, with a program still being finalized. Organisers say the choice of the area is also linked to the region’s network of cycle paths and scenic routes, with activities planned across the territory between the lake and the mountains. The event is being organised by **Roberto Pederzolli** and **Mauro Festini Mira**, official ambassadors of **Halfbike Italia**, and follows the **2026** Berlin stop.

Halfbike is a compact, **three-wheeled** vehicle **without a saddle**, requiring riders to keep an upright position. After the 2026 meeting, the international community selected Garda Trentino for the next world gathering, citing the area’s focus on **eco-friendly tourism** and **innovative cycling mobility**.
