An unmissable opportunity for travel enthusiasts and those interested in religious cultures is presenting itself in Sirmione with the launch of the book **”Jerusalem Again”** by Sandra Manzella. The event will take place on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8:45 PM at the Municipal Library, with free admission and the option to reserve a spot.

Manzella’s publication offers a fascinating journey through Jerusalem, a city that serves as a crossroads for the three major monotheistic religions. With evocative and almost visual writing, the author guides readers through the iconic locations and lesser-known corners of the Holy City. Her narrative reveals the political and cultural dimensions that characterize this unique territory, highlighting how Jerusalem is a place where not only religious life is celebrated but also where daily challenges are confronted.

The book collects untold stories from local residents, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and religious figures who live in or visit the city. Among the topics addressed are significant signs of peace, such as the initiatives of the embroiderers from Ramallah and the shared experiences of Neve Shalom/Wahat Al-Salam.

Sandra Manzella resides in Mantua and is an English language teacher. Her passion for biblical archaeology and interreligious dialogue is clearly reflected in her work; she is an active member of the Agora of Religions. Among her previous works are notable titles such as “Jerusalem, Journey to the Center of the World” (Unicopli 2018) and “The Oasis of Roses: The Leprosarium of Cairo” (Edizioni Dehoniane 2020). Recently, she also published the collection of stories “Vertical Horizons” in 2023.

The meeting in Sirmione thus represents not only an opportunity to delve into themes related to **interreligious travel**, but also a moment to reflect on a city that continues to attract visitors from around the world in search of spirituality and mutual understanding.
