An important initiative will kick off in Bussolengo on Saturday, June 7, offering over nine hundred thousand children the opportunity to visit the Parco Natura Viva for free until June 30. This complimentary outing is aimed at students from more than eight thousand primary, secondary, and kindergarten schools from Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, and Trentino Alto-Adige. The initiative was announced on World Biodiversity Day, celebrated on May 22, and aims to raise awareness among young people about endangered animal species worldwide.
During their visit to the park, children will have the chance to explore emblematic stories related to global biodiversity and participate in workshops and educational activities focused on endangered animals. Katia Dell’Aira, the Education Manager at Parco Natura Viva, emphasizes the importance of educating new generations about the coexistence of human activities and wildlife to ensure the survival of the Earth’s ecosystems. The participating schools will receive an invitation from the park to download free tickets from the official website.
