Anffas Desenzano Receives Seven Tablets Thanks to Local Solidarity

On 23 July, seven tablets were delivered to support the daily activities of Anffas Onlus Desenzano del Garda. The devices will be used for cognitive stimulation sessions, augmentative communication tools, autonomy-focused projects, and recreational workshops for people with disabilities.

The tablets will be integrated into the association’s programs, including communication activities, development of independence, and leisure labs. The donation was promoted by Associazione Giacomo Marcati ODV together with Casapoint Desenzano del Garda and Casapoint Lonato del Garda, with funds raised through two local initiatives: the Christmas concert “All We Want For Christmas Is… You” on 19 December in Piazza Matteotti (with the Comune di Desenzano del Garda’s patronage) and a tasting event with a guided visit at the Cà dei Frati winery on 8 May.

The official handover took place at Anffas Desenzano’s headquarters, where the promoters were welcomed by the choir and the participants. The meeting brought together associations, supporters, and other groups that contributed to the two charitable events.
